Meta Štular is a freelance strategic planner and cultural manager with 25 years of professional experience, working in the intersection of cultural and creative industries, cultural heritage and new technologies. She holds expertise ranging from designing cultural strategies, organisation and artistic programmes to managing teams, participatory processes and finances.
She regularly advises diverse organisations ranging from non-governmental to governmental sectors, intergovernmental institutions, networks and private companies in Slovenia and abroad, such as the City of Ljubljana, the Slovene Museum for Architecture and Design, the Slovene Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Cultural Foundation among others. She worked as external evaluator for Culture and Creative Europe programmes for seven years. She is the founder and the manager of RogLab Creative Hub which has received the Eurocities Network Innovation Award. She holds MA in Cultural development and management from University Lyon II.
