The process includes strategic workshops based on the 3rd-generation Balanced Score Card methodology and full support in the preparation of the final document, including communication of the strategy.
Phase 1: The efficient conduct of modern strategic analyses.
Phase 2: Record the vision of the company’s destination statement in a given year.
Phase 3: Development of the strategy for the targeted period by outlining the strategy and the documentation of strategic activities (administrators, teams, tasks, risks, timelines).
