Sustainability has become a core business challenge and opportunity, driving business performance. It is a key source of growth opportunities and competitive advantage and also a key driver of innovation.
The programme is designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are able to drive transformational change across their businesses in order to embed and unlock opportunities for innovation.
The programme is structured around three “labs”, each consisting of an intensive workshop.
It is led by Peter Fisk in person—an experienced leading author with a focus on sustainability, strategy, and innovation who will be joined online by a range of leading experts during the sessions.
After the second lab, the participants are given 2 weeks to work on their sustainable transformation design and plan its implementation into their business.

Adriana Rejc Buhovac is a Full Professor of Management and Organization at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana.
She is an expert in strategy development and implementation, and internationally renowned for corporate sustainability. Adriana has facilitated over 70 strategy development projects and sustainability transformations in Slovenia and abroad, and participated in more than 100 other projects with her expertise. She is the Head of the expert team for sustainability transformation of SMEs at SPIRIT Slovenija.
Adriana co-authored a book with Marc J. Epstein (Harvard Business School, Rice University): Making Sustainability Work: Best Practices in Managing and Measuring Corporate Social, Environmental, and Economic Impacts, 2nd Ed.
