Sustainability has become a core business challenge and opportunity, driving business performance. It is a key source of growth opportunities and competitive advantage and also a key driver of innovation.
The programme is designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are able to drive transformational change across their businesses in order to embed and unlock opportunities for innovation.
The programme is structured around three “labs”, each consisting of an intensive workshop.
It is led by Peter Fisk in person—an experienced leading author with a focus on sustainability, strategy, and innovation who will be joined online by a range of leading experts during the sessions.
After the second lab, the participants are given 2 weeks to work on their sustainable transformation design and plan its implementation into their business.

Day 3: Sustainable Leadership Lab—How Can You Transform Your Business for Good?
Becoming a transformational business that can really change the world.
The Transformation Roadmap: Driving transformation in sourcing, creating, delivering, selling, and using.
The Leadership Roadmap: Engaging stakeholders, making the case, driving the change, and delivering impact.
Output: Developing your own blueprint for your own (new) vision and innovation as well as a transformational plan with practical steps to get started and implement long-lasting change.
Dr. Mark Esposito is a technology futurist and AI pioneer and is currently a strategic advisor to the UAE Government Office of AI on digital strategy. Canadian by birth and now living in France and Spain, he is a co-founder of Nexus FrontierTech. He is also co-leader of the Microeconomics of Competitiveness program at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, with specialist interests in corporate sustainability, economic complexity, and the circular economy. His books include Understanding How the Future Unfolds and The AI Republic.
Peter is a global business thought leader on leadership and growth, innovation and customers. He is a bestselling author of 10 books, an expert strategic consultant, and a keynote speaker. He ranks on the Thinkers50 Radar of top business gurus.

Terence Mauri is the founder of Hack Future Lab, a think tank looking at how leaders can scale an agile, daring, and resilient future. Terence has been recognised as an Inc. Magazine Top 100 Leadership Speaker and ranked by Thinkers50 as one of the top 30 management thinkers in the world.
Prof. dr. Adriana Rejc Buhovac is a Full Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business.
She is an expert in strategy development and implementation, with a recent focus on sustainable strategies. In practice, she collaborates with numerous domestic and international companies and organizations in the development and implementation of strategies. She has developed more than 70 strategies for Slovenian and international companies and participated in over 100 other strategic projects. She also leads the expert group for sustainable business transformation for SMEs at SPIRIT Slovenia.
She is also the author of several scientific and professional contributions in the field of sustainable strategies. In co-authorship with Marc J. Epstein (Harvard Business School, Rice University), she wrote the book “Making Sustainability Work: Best Practices in Managing and Measuring Corporate Social, Environmental, and Economic Impacts.”

Tendayi Viki is an award-winning author and corporate innovation expert based in Zimbabwe who holds a PhD in Psychology. As Associate Partner at Strategyzer, he works with companies to develop their internal ecosystems so they can innovate for the future while managing their core business. He has worked with several large organisations and has written several books based on his research and work experience. He is also a regular contributing writer for Forbes. He has previously worked as a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Harvard University. He is also a Thinkers50 global award winner.
