Ever wonder how to create a unique service culture that will serve as a competitive advantage and structure the business under excellent standards of quality management?
The programme provides the foundations of quality to excel in the service sector. Employers have a vital role in perpetuating a strong culture, starting with recruiting and selecting applicants who will share the organization’s beliefs and thrive in that culture, developing orientation, training and performance management programs that outline and reinforce the organization’s core values and ensuring that appropriate rewards and recognition go to employees who truly embody the values.
The course provides the foundations of quality to excel in the service sector.
The programme follows a dynamic methodology. A mixture of short lectures, exercises, and team activities will be followed throughout the sessions.

Susana has enjoyed over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During the last 20 years she has had the honour to lead and develop amazing teams based on an excellence service culture. Susane created entire hotel teams responding to the needs and expectations of high demanding guests, based on strong service excellence cultures. Her background in quality, leading improvement teams, serving leaders to elevate their results, and a strong passion for leadership and development, have enabled her to enjoy working with enthusiastic high-performance teams toward common goals. In her vision “inspiring people, creating value”, Susana served as a consultant to strengthen service company cultures providing assessment, mentoring, coaching, and training to other leaders, for them to serve better their teams, customers, and stakeholders during the past 4 years.
Since December, she has taken the role of GM of both Pulitzer Hotel and Regina Hotel in Barcelona to upgrade their product and service and help them accelerate their expansion plan.

In the evening on 2 March participants of the programme have the opportunity to additionally register for the Michelin plate dinner in restaurant Julijana. In 2022, the restaurant received the equivalent “Recommended by Michelin Guide Slovenia 2022” title, which has since replaced The Michelin Plate award. According to the Gault & Millau guide classification, the Julijana Restaurant received 3 toques. The additional cost for the dinner with 4 courses is 65 € + VAT. If you will join us at the dinner please mark this in the application form.
For companies that are members of SRIPT, participation in the program is free of charge (except the dinner) – upon registration use code »SRIPT« in the notes. If you cancel less than 8 days before the start of the programme, you will be charged a full price of the programme.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 8 days before the start of the program. In a case of no-show, you will be charged a full price of a program.
After filing out the registration form you will receive the confirmation on your email address.
An invoice will be delivered to the address provided in the registration after the workshop starts.
