Susane created entire hotel teams responding to the needs and expectations of high demanding guests, based on strong service excellence cultures. Her background in quality, leading improvement teams, serving leaders to elevate their results, and a strong passion for leadership and development, have enabled her to enjoy working with enthusiastic high-performance teams toward common goals. In her vision “inspiring people, creating value”, Susana serves as a consultant to strengthen service company cultures providing assessment, mentoring, coaching, and training to other leaders, for them to serve better their teams, customers, and stakeholders.
